I love working with students and building their confidence,” Bree said. “Downtown Waukesha generates a lot of people downtown, and offers a sense of community. It was the perfect location to open my studio.”

They offer a modern, non-smoking atmosphere featuring live music and the same great menu as Magellan’s. “I saw a need for additional space at Magellan’s,” said Dan Italiano, owner of Magellan’s and M2. “I wanted to open an additional location that accommodated those looking for a smoke-free atmosphere.” M2 also offers free WI-FI and encourages businesses to take advantage of their ample space. Italiano believes that downtown Waukesha is the perfect location for his businesses. “Downtown Waukesha is vibrant, budding location with a continually growing market. It was a perfect opportunity.”

In addition to the opening of their new location, Serendipity Scrapbooks will celebrate their three year anniversary with prize drawings every 30 minutes, checkout bonuses, and a chance to win a Silhouette die cutting machine valued at $300. Serendipity Scrapbooks offers a large variety of products for scrapbooking, card-making, and paper crafting. “Our store is filled with the newest, hottest products and collections on the market, as well as the ‘tried-and-true’ basics,” said owners Kelly Haldeman and Lori McCarthy. “We also carry items for some of those hard to find occasions and themes including a great selection of custom local high school products.” Customer service is also a priority for Serendipity. “Our number one priority has always been customer service. To achieve this we offer competitive prices, samples throughout the store, and a friendly and knowledgeable staff to help with customer’s questions

and needs,” Haldeman and McCarthy said. When talking about their new location in downtown Waukesha Haldeman and McCarthy said, “With the number of events that take place throughout the year, the nostalgic atmosphere, and the camaraderie between businesses, we are happy to be downtown; we feel right at home.”

Enve Salon will be offering free product samples throughout the day, as well as 10% off all Aveda products, a coupon for $20 off a color treatment, discounts on express pedicures/manicures, and a raffle drawing for a gift basket valued at $200.
