Waukesha Police Report: May 15

1 Four juveniles were throwing rocks at vehicles on the corner of Camden Way and East Sunset Drive at 8:05 p.m. May 2.

2 A noise complaint was reported at 240 W. Newhall Ave. at 12:35 a.m. May 3. The noise was coming from a disc jockey for a wedding reception in the resident's basement.

3 A suspect was reportedly trying to enter a business at 212 W. St. Paul Ave. at 12:56 a.m. May 3. But the man, who was highly intoxicated, was actually urinating outside. Police couldn't locate a urine spot due to the wet conditions.

4 A woman found a large knife on her front porch at 926 Eales Ave. prior to 9:46 a.m. May 3. It appeared to be an X-Acto knife.

5 Electronics were stolen from an unlocked vehicle at 1924 Dixie Drive prior to 10:17 a.m. May 3.

6 Two males used a stolen credit card to pay for $7,000 worth of liquor at Discount Liquor, 919 N. Barstow St., prior to 4:09 p.m. May 3.

7 Several people at 116 Cook Street were having a drinking party and some of the males were yelling at 13-year-old girls who were walking by to come over and join them prior to 7:59 p.m. May 3. The men reportedly said lewd things to the girls.

8 A caller believed a drug deal was taking place in an apartment at 327 Arlington St. prior to 10:12 p.m. May 3. The woman could smell the odor of marijuana.

9 Items were taken from two vehicles at 1931 E. Main St. prior to 11:13 p.m. May 3. Windows were broken for entry.

10 A window on a vehicle was broken prior to May 3 in the parking lot at Central Middle School, 400 N. Grand Ave.

11 A domestic disturbance was reported at 410 S. Grandview Blvd. at 5:48 p.m. May 4. The couple was arguing over going out to eat. A woman, four months pregnant, went after the man after he twisted her arm. He then slapped the woman and after she hit him back he pushed her into a wall.

12 A portable basketball hoop was taken at 2417 Forest Hill Court between May 2 and May 5.

13 A caller believed a male driver was smoking marijuana in a vehicle on the corner of East Moreland Blvd. and East Main Street at 5:24 p.m. May 5. Police found it was actually "one of those fancy e-cigarette pipe-looking gizmos."

14 A caller reported that someone attempted to cut off his catalytic converter at 1350 Ellis St. prior to 9:27 p.m. May 5. There is damage to his exhaust pipe but the converter was not removed.

15 A caller reported seeing a large amount of dry blood in the roadway on the corner of Silvernail Road and North Grandview Blvd. prior to 12:32 a.m. May 6. The caller thought it was a suspicious vehicle because they didn't see an animal carcass. Police found that it was just a large amount of paint.

16 Scrap metal was stolen from a garage at 735 Beechwood Ave. prior to 8:41 a.m. May 6.

17 Loud stomping was reported in an apartment complex at 167 N. Moreland Blvd. at 3:23 p.m. May 6. The occupant wouldn't answer the door for officers or identify himself. The man talked through the door and said in the future if there's a noise complaint to just call his residence and mail him the citation and not make contact with him.

18 A bullet hole was found in a front window of a residence at 304 Debbie Drive at 5:55 p.m. May 6.

19 A woman's prescription pain medication was taken by a male friend at 1934 S. Grand Ave. prior to 7:58 p.m. May 6. The man has a felony warrant out for his arrest.

20 A man was seen smashing windows to break into a house at 815 Oakland Ave. prior to 12:26 a.m. May 7. The caller also reported her car's window was being smashed.

21 A caller reported at 9:49 a.m. May 7 that his landlord who served him an eviction notice was now harassing him daily at 1821 E. Main St. The landlord was told to have no further contact except when it pertains to legal matters. But the landlord said "I will take matters into my own hands and protect my property."

22 Catalytic converters were stolen from two vehicles at Riverside Meat, 1612 Pearl St., prior to 12:04 p.m. May 7.

23 A caller was attacked by another employee at Dalton Enterprises, 301 Wilmont Drive, prior to 12:25 p.m. May 7.

24 A 9-year-old boy punched a girl in the face at Lowell Elementary School, 140 N. Grandview Blvd., prior to 1:05 p.m. May 7. The boy was sent home.

25 A caller's house was "trashed" by someone she allowed to stay at her apartment, 1509 S. West Ave., at 1:13 p.m. May 7.

26 A caller found an envelope containing inappropriate photos outside his apartment at 1879 Haymarket Road prior to 2:02 p.m. May 7.

27 A woman believed a home she owns at 1535 Magnolia Drive was burglarized prior to 3:13 p.m. May 7. Police didn't find signs of forced entry.

28 Golf clubs were stolen from a man's storage locker at 1811 Kensington Drive prior to 3:46 p.m. May 7.

29 A boy was smoking marijuana and was verbally uncontrollable at 1726 Rempe Drive prior to 4:01 p.m. May 7.

30 A woman reported her cat was taken from her apartment at 802 Riverwalk Drive at 4:22 p.m. May 7. When police asked her details about her cat and its whereabouts, the woman admitted to being irritated and said the questions are "stupid" and hung up.

31 A fight broke out between four boys after two of them broke one of the other boy's bike and scooter at 326 Walton Ave. prior to 5:32 p.m. May 7.

32 A man in a Ford Focus was lighting Roman candles (fireworks) out of his car at Oakdale Drive and Highway 59 prior to 5:46 p.m. May 7.

33 Two gas cans were stolen from a residence at 2815 Raintree Lane prior to 6:49 p.m. May 7.

34 A trailer was stolen from a residence at 1320 Poplar Drive prior to 11:40 a.m. May 8.

35 A woman's male roommate hit her in the head and on her side and broke things in the apartment at 2709 N. University Drive prior to 5:03 p.m. May 8.

36 A house at 815 Arcadian Ave. was egged and the front window was broken prior to 5:21 p.m. May 8.

37 A man was urinating in the parking lot at 2440 W. Sunset Drive at 2:09 a.m. May 9.
