1 A female employee was detained at The Home Depot, 2320 Bluemound Road, about 9 a.m. May 29 for stealing about $225.

2 Siblings were heard fighting at an apartment at 1438 Big Bend Road at about 3:30 p.m. May 29. Police learned a girl locked her brother and his friend out of the house after her brother flicked her in the ear. Both parties were advised of their immature behavior.

3 A father brought a green leafy substance, believed to be marijuana, in a pill bottle to Walgreens, 1901 Delafield St., at 3:45 p.m. May 29, to be destroyed.

4 A rose bush was believed to be stolen by an ex-tenant at 917 Aurora St. prior to 6:25 p.m. May 29. The caller said the ex-tenant dug up the bush and drove away with it.

5 A caller reported her daughter was injured after her boyfriend picked up a bench and threw it at her back and then threw her at a tree down a hill at 2030 Cliff Alex Court at 8:40 p.m. May 29. The daughter then got a threatening call from her boyfriend about four hours later saying "I'm going to (expletive) kill you."

6 A homeless man near the entrance to the East Terrace Apartments, 801 N. East Ave., had a small fire going at 4 a.m. May 30.

7 Items were missing from an apartment's storage locker after it was broken into at 120 Cambridge Ave. at 9:45 a.m. May 30.

8 After evicting a tenant at 1811 Summit Ave., the landlord of the property at 1813 Summit Ave. found a dead bird on the front step with its head cut off at 12:13 p.m. May 30.

9 A coin machine was broken into in the lobby at 728 W. St. Paul Ave. prior to 1 p.m. May 30.

10 A man came out of his car on the corner of Manhattan Drive and East Main Street and spit on the caller's car just before 2 p.m. May 30.

11 A caller said someone shot at her vehicle's side taillight at 422 Estberg Ave. prior to 8:24 p.m. May 30.

12 Someone attempted to break into the boiler room at an apartment complex at 422 Estberg Ave. prior to 9:34 p.m. May 30.

13 A woman called police after a man, whom she was residing with, spit in her face at the Airport Lodge, 538 Bluemound Road, about 11 p.m. May 30.

14 An intoxicated person kicked and punched a hole through the a wall at an apartment at 1021 Delafield St. just after 2:15 a.m. May 31.

15 A female, who was bleeding, ran into a bakery at 1915 Delafield St. around 3:30 a.m. May 31 saying she had been mugged.

16 A credit card was stolen from a locker room at the Country Springs Hotel, 2810 Golf Road, about 9:30 a.m. May 31.

17 A man was urinating in public at 930 Clinton St. at 2:40 p.m. May 31.

18 A house was broken into at 3044 Minot Lane prior to 4:30 p.m. May 31. A bag of jalapenos and ginger root was missing.

19 A preteen boy was running around outside naked between 1313 Ellis St. and 1319 Ellis St. prior to 5 p.m. May 31. He "did a little dance" before running back and putting his clothes on. The child said he did this because he was hot.

20 A woman was cited for improper use of 911 after continuing to complain about an upstairs neighbor stomping on the floor in an apartment complex at 449 Dunbar Ave. at 9:15 p.m. May 31. Officers did not hear any excessive noise and the woman was told to go to bed for the night.

21 Students were flagged down by Carroll University security who saw them tugging and attempting to tear a sign off the field fence on campus, 100 N. East Ave., about 2 a.m. June 1.

22 A driver of a Nissan caused a dent in the caller's truck after throwing a beer bottle at his vehicle at 2000 S. West Ave. at 2:25 a.m. June 1.

23 An intoxicated man was trying to start a fight at Fuzzy's Pub & Grill, 627 E. Main St., at 7:30 p.m. June 1.

24 People were shooting bottle rockets at cars and lighting them off in the yard at 123 W. College Ave. prior to 11 p.m. June 1.

25 A company vehicle for Hydro-Thermal, 400 Pilot Court, was broken into overnight on June 1, and a truck battery, a six-spoke aluminum truck rim and a 17-inch tire were stolen.

26 Tires were stolen from Venture Electrical Contractors, 2110 Pewaukee Road, Suite 110, prior to 7 a.m. June 2.

27 Police were called to stand by about 9 a.m. June 2 while the manager of the PDQ, 2106 S. West Ave., interviewed an employee they believed stole $3,500.

28 Items were stolen from a vehicle at 401 W. Park Ave. prior to 11 a.m. June 2.

29 Two people were reportedly having sex in the parking lot at Famous Dave's, 2137 E. Moreland Blvd., after 11:10 a.m. June 2. Police said the married couple was not in the act and they said they were "just waiting for the restaurant to open."

30 A caller from a downtown business was robbed by a man at 245 W. Main St. at 2:35 p.m. June 2. The robber asked the caller to "give me the green bag with the money in it." A handgun was seen in the man's hand.

31 A mother found marijuana in her 17-year-old son's room at 1013 Anoka Ave. prior to 5 p.m. June 2.

32 A cellphone was hacked prior to 8:15 p.m. June 2, and the stolen account information was used to purchase an iPhone, to be charged to her at 507 Fairview Ave.

33 A caller on June 3 says he is worried about a boy in the apartment complex at 1434 Big Bend Road who he said kills small animals and also flashes his genitals to his nieces, who live in the building.

34 A female, reportedly intoxicated, was threatening to stab a man at 1358 Dopp St. at 11 p.m. June 3.

35 Cash, an iPod, an iPhone and some coins were taken from an unlocked vehicle at 200 Windsor Drive about 9:30 a.m. June 4.

36 A man at 2718 Northview Road wanted to file a complaint June 4 against a woman for not returning an engagement ring worth $150,000. The man said this issue began three years ago and he sued her civilly. He never received the ring back and says there are witnesses that see the woman wearing the ring.

37 A man called police after he received a "dirty look" from another man when both vehicles were next to each other at the corner of Summit Avenue and North Grandview Blvd. at 5 p.m. June 4.

38 A young caller received a phone call from someone talking in a deep "scary" voice stating that he was going to kill her at 2129 Kilps Drive around 8:15 p.m. June 4. A young boy was responsible and said he thought it would be funny.

39 A passenger got out of a van and urinated in the street in the 200 block of West Main St. at 2:15 a.m. June 5.

40 A woman reported her roommate's son was coming after her with a butcher's knife at 928 Aurora St. at 2:45 a.m. June 5. The suspect threatened to cut the female's throat.
