Waukesha Police Report: May 22

1After seeing pictures on social media, a caller was concerned that her roommate and roommate's boyfriend were selling marijuana out of her apartment at 1509 S. West Ave. prior to 9:23 a.m. May 9.

2A caller believed a man who was circling the parking lot for more than an hour was masturbating at 1200 W. Sunset Drive prior to 6:15 p.m. May 9. The driver denied masturbating but had his seat belt undone. He said he was having car trouble and was driving around trying to replicate the problem.

3An apartment was burglarized at 1509 S. West Ave. prior to 8:20 p.m. May 9.

4A water bottle that was filled with some type of liquid and appeared to have been ignited was found at 2415 N. University Drive at 7:28 a.m. May 10. The caller reported a noise complaint on May 9, saying it sounded like gun shots were going off in the neighborhood.

5A locked vehicle was broken into and coins were stolen at 1710 Elder St. prior to 11:06 a.m. May 10.

6A woman called police after her brother became angry after she threw his hamburger in the trash at 1613 Murray Ave. at 4:31 p.m. May 10. The 50-year-old man was yelling at her and got into her face. The woman left the residence.

7Police were called to 258 N. Moreland Blvd. to check on someone with a fractured hip. Upon arrival at 11:35 p.m. May 10, police detected a strong odor of marijuana. Two juveniles took off running.

8A son struck his father and knocked him out at 1006 Larchmont Drive just after midnight May 11. Before being hit, the father apparently told the son he was "welcome to take a punch at me." When he fell backward, the dad hit his head on the kitchen counter.

9A person was caught on camera stealing merchandise from the Walmart Supercenter, 2000 S. West Ave., at 2:35 a.m. May 11.

10A caller complained at 3:12 a.m. May 11 about how his neighbor's habit of backing into a driveway has caused him problems at 1219 The caller was upset that his neighbor often comes home in the early morning hours and takes a "half-hour" to back their truck and trailer into the driveway. Now he can't get back to sleep. The caller then became agitated with police and said there's a problem if he's unable to yell at his neighbors. He closed the door as officers were attempting to speak with him.

11A caller complained about loud talking, banging and yelling coming from an apartment at 521 W. Dunbar Ave. at 5:13 a.m. May 11. Police said the couple had been "engaged in extracurricular activities."

12A mother, who suspects her adult son is using heroin, found used syringes in various locations in her home and vehicle at 701 Summit Ave. prior to 9 a.m. May 11.

13A man came to the Waukesha Police Department at 1901 Delafield St. at 5:31 p.m. May 11 after he and his wife had been arguing all day because he had called his ex-wife earlier in the day. The man wanted advice from police and wanted them to tell his wife that it would be best to sleep in separate places to cool off.

14A woman said her neighbor has been threatening her and her grandchildren for no apparent reason at 209 Mandan Drive at 5:50 p.m. May 11. The neighbor said he was upset because of their building code violations.

15A house was burglarized at 1932 Empire Drive prior to 9:13 p.m. May 11.

16An apartment's bedroom window was broken at 347 Dodie Drive about 11:10 p.m. May 11.

17Spray-painted graffiti was found on the top floor of the municipal parking ramp, 241 South St., at 8:20 a.m. May 12.

18A live animal trap was stolen from a yard at 362 Debbie Drive prior to 10:28 a.m. May 12.

19Antiques were stolen from a display in front of the Waukesha Antique Mall, 1427 E. Racine Ave., prior to 10:55 a.m. May 12. The items were then sold to another antique store in downtown Waukesha.

20A scruffy-looking man got out of his white van, knocked on the caller's door at 363 Delafield St. at 10:56 a.m. May 12 and asked her to buy steak and seafood.

21A caller's storage unit was broken into at 2109 Kensington Drive prior to 12:31 p.m. May 12.

22Police were called to 308 E. Wabash Ave. after someone reported kids racing around their yard in "race cars" in the mud and causing mud to be splattered all over their yard prior to 3:53 p.m. May 12.

23A cellphone was stolen from a gym locker at Waukesha South High School, 401 E. Roberta Ave., prior to 8:33 p.m. May 12.

24The front doors to the Landmark Credit Union, 2400 N. Grandview Blvd., were smashed at 2:18 a.m. May 13.

25A TV and speakers were stolen from an apartment at 200 W. North St. prior to 10:55 a.m. May 13.

26About $2,000 was stolen from a business at 707 W. Moreland Blvd. at 2:20 p.m. May 13.

27A caller smelled marijuana in a nearby apartment at 2108 Macarthur Road at 11:55 p.m. May 13.

28Power tools and prescription drugs were stolen from a locked truck at 1505 Summit Ave. prior to 10:27 a.m. May 14.

29A house was burglarized at 911 Sweetbriar Drive prior to 11 a.m. May 14. The back door was busted in and the house was ransacked.

30A vehicle's window was broken and items were stolen inside the municipal parking ramp, 241 South St., prior to 2:43 p.m. May 14.

31A caller thinks the people inside a vehicle at 1824 Oakdale Drive about 7 p.m. May 14 might be "making out" and doing other sexual things. The vehicle had been parked on the street for the past 20 minutes and the windows were starting to fog up. Police, however, found an unoccupied vehicle with tinted windows.

32A woman was slapped in the back of the head by a male co-worker at 262 W. Broadway prior to 11:59 a.m. May 15. The man was told by his manager that she would give him a dollar if he hit the woman.

33A child's iPod was stolen at St. Joseph's Catholic School, 818 N. East Ave., prior to 2:08 p.m. May 15.

34A clerk at Citgo, 300 W. Sunset Drive, stole about $340 from the register prior to 7:44 p.m. May 15.

35A wallet was stolen from an unlocked pickup truck at 606 Beechwood Ave. prior to 10:53 p.m. May 15.
