Waukesha - Waukesha County will hold the first public information meeting about Waukesha's west bypass from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Waukesha West High School's cafeteria, 3301 Saylesville Road.
The session will be an open-house format, so residents can drop in, ask questions of state, county and consulting project team members, review exhibits explaining the study process and reasons behind the project.
Waukesha County is currently engaged in the early stages of an environmental impact study of the proposed bypass between I-94 and Highway 59 on Waukesha's west side. Those interested in the project can follow its progress at www.waukeshabypass.org/'>www.waukeshabypass.org.
