Frame Park will be bustling with activity this weekend when Fiesta Waukesha rolls back into town.

The three-day music festival and fundraiser aimed at celebrating Hispanic culture kicks off 4 p.m. Friday, June 10. The opening ceremony is scheduled to begin around 5:30 p.m. and the festivities will continue until 11 p.m. that day. The festival also runs from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, June 11 and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, June 12.

This year's event, a fundraiser underwritten by Waukesha State Bank, will feature a Guatemala art exchange and Waukesha Mayor Shawn Reilly's famous barbeque, a crowd favorite. All the proceeds of the festival will benefit La Casa de Esperanza's Charter School.

Admission into Fiesta Waukesha is free and open to the public. The event offers a variety of Hispanic musical entertainment, a marketplace, amusement rides with wristband specials Saturday and Sunday, a free children's activities area, community information booths and Latin American and other cuisines.
