Two separate smaller condominium developments are being proposed for Waukesha and Menomonee Falls, where they are to undergo review by community officials this week.

In Waukesha, Bielinski Homes Inc. is proposing nine two-unit condo buildings on a private cul-de-sac extending off the northeast corner of Stillwater Circle, according to a proposal filed with the city.

Each condo unit would have two bedrooms, and an attached garage. The project would  be developed in one phase, and Bielinski Homes hopes to begin road and utility work as soon as the project is approved.

The Plan Commission is to review the proposal at its Wednesday meeting.

In Menomonee Falls, developer James Lenahan wants to build seven townhomes, totaling 14 units, at N78 W12683 Fond du Lac Ave.

The units would each have three bedrooms, and an attached garage. Construction is expected to begin in early spring, and take approximately one year to complete, according to a village report.

The Architectural Control Board is to review the proposal at its Tuesday meeting.
