Bayside

  • Parade: 9 a.m. July 4, the annual parade begins at Standish Place entrance to Bayside Middle School.

City of Brookfield

  • Parade: 10 a.m. July 4. Starting at Gebhardt Rd. to Calhoun Rd. onto North Ave. The parade will be followed by an ice cream social at the Civic Plaza, 2000 North Calhoun Rd.
  • Family Fest: 6 to 9 p.m. July 4, family fun with live entertainment, inflatables and food for all to enjoy at Mitchell Park, 19900 River Rd.
  • Fireworks: 9:15 p.m. July 4 at Mitchell Park.

Brown Deer

  • Fireworks: Dusk July 4, Brown Deer Village Park, 7835 N. Green Bay Ave.

Cudahy

  • Parade: Noon July 4, starting at Grange and Lake, running north to Layton Ave. and into Sheridan Park.  4800 S Lake Dr.
  • Festival: Post parade July 4, all afternoon and evening long events and performances. Ending the evening are the Fantastic Fireworks!  Don’t forget food is available for purchase next to the Pavilion at Sheridan Park from the Cudahy Lions Club.

Elm Grove

  • Family Funfest: 12 to 5 p.m. July 4, games for kids of all ages at Village Park, 13600 Juneau Blvd.
  • Fireworks: 9:30 p.m. July 4, at Village Park.

Franklin

  • Festival: 5 p.m. to Midnight July 3, start the three day Civic Celebration with live entertainment, complete with carnival rides and an arm wrestling contest at Lions Legend Park, 8717 W. Drexel Ave.
  • Parade and Fireworks: 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. July 4, the second day of the festival begins with a parade starting at West Loomis Rd. and Forest Hill Ave. and  proceeds north on Loomis, turning right on Drexel to Lions Legend Park. The fun continues into the afternoon with live, local entertainment and carnival rides, ending the day with fireworks at dusk.
  • Final Day of the Festival: Noon to 11:30 p.m. July 5, end the weekend with more carnival rides and live entertainment from Doo-Wop Daddies Band, Thunderbolt DJ Show and Cold Sweat and The Brew City Horns.

Germantown 

  • Festival: 11 a.m. to 10:45 p.m. July 4, entertainment at the Park includes Accompany of Kids, Downtown Harrison, Germantown Rec Dept. Poms, and inflatables for the kids! Fireman’s Park, W162 N11870 Park Ave.
  • Parade: Noon July 4,  The parade begins at Pilgrim Rd. and Francese Dr. and travels north on Pilgrim Rd. to Fond du Lac Ave., northwest on Fond du Lac to Main St., west on Main St. to Park Ave. and north on Park Ave. to Freistadt Rd.
  • Fireworks: Dusk July 4, at Fireman’s Park .

Glendale:

  • Children's Parade: 10:00 a.m. Kids, bring your decorated bicycles, wagons, and tricycles. Meet at Parkway School on Milwaukee River Parkway School. The first 300 participants will receive a goody bag at the end of the parade route.
  • Main Parade: 10:30 a.m. begins at Parkway School and ends at the playground on Milwaukee River Parkway. What's the 4th without a great community parade? We don't know that answer in Glendale!
  • Glendale Gathering and Games: 11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Join us for free Happy Birthday USA cake right after the Patriotic Sing Along at the main tent at the end of the parade route. Enjoy kids games and activities, fun stage acts, music, food and more!
  • 6:00 p.m. Enjoy music by Serious Trouble, followed by the fireworks at 9:30 p.m. at Kletzsch Park

Greendale

  • Festival Kick Off: 7 to 11 p.m. July 3, start the three day festival with a musical performance by Cold Sweat & Brew City Horns at the Gazebo in downtown Greendale, 5710 Broad St.
  • Parade: 10 a.m. July 4, following the parade the Greendale Lions Club will be serving will be serving food and beverages while providing musical entertainment in the tent next to the Gazebo throughout the day. Fireworks at dusk across from Greendale High School, 6801 Southway
  • Final Festival Performances: Noon to 3 p.m. July 5, finish the festival with musical performances by Ed Franks as Frank Sinatra, Jackie Brown & the Boys and Rhythm Method.

Greenfield

  • Parade: 12:15 p.m. July 4, starting from 68th St. down Layton Ave. towards Konkel Park, 5151 W. Layton Ave.
  • Festival: Post parade July 5, immediately following the parade for the 5th Quarter performance by the UW-Madison Marching Band and other entertainment. End the night with fireworks at dusk at Konkel Park.

Hales Corners

  • Parade: July 4, there is a new parade route due to construction! The parade will begin at Grange Ave. and travel southwest on Forest Home Ave. and ending at Kelm Rd.
  • Fireworks: Dusk July 4, at Hales Corners Park, 5765 New Berlin Rd.

Menomonee Falls

  • Parade: 7 p.m. July 3, starts on Appleton and Elm (near Sentry) and travels up Appleton Avenue to Woosencraft Drive then to Menomonee Falls High School.
  • Fireworks: Dusk July 3, at Menomonee Falls High School, W142 N8101 Merrimac Drive

Mequon

  • Observance at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church- Freistadt: 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. July 4, 175th annual public outdoor Fourth of July worship service will be at 10:00am on the church grounds. Parade at 1:00pm followed by the flag raising ceremony with activities, food, and music. 10729 W. Freistadt Rd.
  • Family Fun before the Fourth: 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. June 28, start of the day with parade Start on Cedarburg Rd. at Weyenberg Library, north into Thiensville along Main St., east on Friestadt, south on Green Bay Rd., east on Riverview Dr. and south on Elm St. to Thiensville Village Park. Free ice cream in the park after the parade! Fun, food, and beverages all afternoon and evening leading up to a Venetian Boat Parade and fireworks at dusk. Thiensville Village Park, 250 Elm St.

Muskego

  • Ski Show: Noon July 3, Waterbugs Fourth of July Ski Show is a family favorite, followed by fireworks at dusk on beautiful Little Muskego Lake. Idle Isle Park W182 S6666 Hartdke Dr.

New Berlin

  • 46th Annual Family Festival: 5 to 11 p.m. on July 2 & 3, Noon to 11 p.m. on July 4. Three full days of carnival, concessions, and games! On July 4, a parade will be held at 1 p.m. and fireworks at 10 p.m. at Malone Park, 14400 W. Al Stigler Pkwy.

Oak Creek

  • Parade: 9 a.m. July 4, starting at Groveland Drive and Shepard Avenue. It will wind its way through the city and end at the American Legion Post 434. There will be games, a bike and buggy decorating contest and free ice cream for the kids following the conclusion of the parade. There will be a limited supply of corn the cob and baked potatoes for purchase at the Upper Legion Grounds, S. Shepard Ave.
  • Fireworks: Dusk July 4, fireworks at East Middle School, 9330 S. Shepard Ave.

Shorewood

  • Parade: 3 p.m. July 4, starting on Kensington Blvd., going south to Edgewood Ave. to Spector Field in Hubbard Park.
  • Festival: 6 p.m. July 4, after the parade, continue the fun with food and music by the Shorewood Concert Band, followed by the Noyz Boyz and Gyrlz Band. End the evening with flag ceremony at 8 p.m. with fireworks starting at 9:30 p.m.

South Milwaukee

  • Festival: 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. July 4, start off the morning with Call to Colors before commencing a kid’s bicycle and coaster decoration parade. Continue the fun with kid’s races, games, and penny scramble, followed by free ice cream and caramel corn for all kids. End the evening with a spectacular fireworks display. Grant Park 100 E. Hawthorne Ave.

St. Francis

  • Parade: 10 a.m. July 4, starting at the corner of Lipton Ave and Howard Ave, continuing East on Howard, South on Packard, and East on Lunham to Milt Vretenar Memorial Park, 4230 S. Kirkwood Ave. 
  • Festival: 11:15 a.m. July 4, enjoy post parade fun all day leading up to fireworks at 9:15 p.m. at Milt Vretenar Memrial Park.

Wauwatosa

  • Parade: 9 to 11 a.m. July 4, this year’s parade route is reversed and will proceed along North Ave. from 80th St. to 104th St.
  • Festival: 4 to 10 p.m. July 4, family fun including performances throughout the evening and fireworks at 9:15 p.m. at Hart Park, 7300 W. Chestnut St.

West Allis

  • Parade: 7 p.m. July 2, starting at 77th and Greenfield Ave. and ending at 70th and National Ave. Post parade celebration begins at 8 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park with entertainment, music, children’s activities and much more.
  • Breakfast of Champions: 8 to 10 a.m. July 3, this breakfast honors West Allis Veterans and West Allis High School Scholars, Musicians, and Athletes at City Hall Centennial Park Plaza, 7525 W. Greenfield Ave.
  • Fireworks: 8 p.m. July 4, at Wisconsin State Fair park for the 8 p.m. Grandstand Show feature the Kids from Wisconsin, followed by the Fireworks Spectacular at 9:30 p.m. 640 S. 84th St.

Whitefish Bay

  • Parade: 11:30 a.m. July 4,  the 39th annual Whitefish Bay 4th of July Parade route begins on Kent & Silver Spring, east to Lake Dr., north to Klode Park.  The parade route is 1 mile long, and the festival at Klode Park begins immediately after the parade.
  • Fireworks: 9:30 p.m. July 4, Klode Park.
