The Waukesha County Sheriff's Department on Thursday identified the victims of a fatal crash in the Town of Genesee.

Alixandra P. Wagner, 23, of Waukesha was killed when her vehicle collided with a car driven by a 65-year-old North Prairie woman on Sunset Drive east of Highway 83 around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to the sheriff's department.

Wagner's passenger, Alex Hernandez Banuelos Jr., 23, of Milwaukee, also was killed in the crash.

The North Prairie woman was trapped in her vehicle, and after she was freed, she was taken to Aurora Medical Center for treatment of multiple injuries.

Authorities have said Wagner's vehicle crossed the center line and struck the North Prairie woman's car. Investigators think speed may have been a factor in the crash.
