Carroll University elects new board chairman
James DeJong has been elected the next chair of the Carroll University Board of Trustees. He will serve as chairman for three years on the board, which oversees academic, financial and operational decisions for the private

James Schneider, a 1974 graduate and executive chairman of the board of Horizon Bank in
