Waukesha West repeats as academic decathlon state champ
Waukesha West High School won the Wisconsin Academic Decathlon, held Thursday and Friday in Wisconsin Dells, according to an announcement released Saturday.
Waukesha West scored 47,412 points, outscoring second-place New Berlin Eisenhower by about 400 points.
Waukesha West was the Division II champion in the U.S. decathlon competition last year and placed third overall. This year's national competition is in Albuquerque, April 25-28, according to the announcement.
