Town of West Point - A man whose body was found at the base of a Columbia County rock formation last week has been identified as a 29-year-old Waukesha man.

The sheriff's department identified the victim Monday as David A. Hoelzer. He apparently fell from the top of Gibraltar Rock on Friday. No foul play is suspected.

A caller reported the body Friday afternoon. Deputies found Hoelzer about 100 feet below the top of the rock formation in the Town of West Point. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
